In addition, Regal Clifton Park Stadium 10 is now being built and is slated for a fourth quarter opening this year. The new theatre will feature the latest RealD© 3D technology, stadium seating in every auditorium complete with high-back rocking recliners, a state-of-the-art computerized indoor box office, and a party room, available to guests to celebrate birthdays, family gatherings, and other functions.  DCG Development is also building a Hilton Garden Inn on the inside of Clifton Park Center with an interior entrance into the center.  The new HIlton is also slated for a fourth quarter opening.  Recent openings at Clifton Park Center include Buffalo Wild Wings, The Meat House, Jos A. Bank and The Rock School .  A new free standing Olive Garden Restaurant is scheduled to open in 2012..
